OLMC 11th Annual Golf Tournament

The 11th Annual OLMC Golf Tournament, in memory of Andy Soesilo, will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Superstition Springs Golf Course in Mesa.  Proceeds from the tournament will be used to support KofC sponsored charities including Full Circle Program, the Sisters of the Servants of the Plan of God, and the Aid to Women’s Center.  The tournament is open to golfers of all skill levels.  A flyer with event details as well as a registration form are available hereRegister now!  Both players and volunteers are needed. Aid to Women’s Center Baby Bottle Fundraiser

On March 17-18, after all masses, Knights are needed to assist in handing out bottles for the Aid to Women’s Center fundraising drive.  The bottles are handed out and can be filled with change and returned to OLMC the weekend of March 24-25.  Knights will be needed to assist in collecting the returned bottles on March 24-25 as well.

Lenten Fish Fry

Lent is just around the corner and that means Easter is close by.  The Knights will help begin the Lenten season with a tasty Fish Fry in McCready Hall on Ash Wednesday, February 14,  and every Friday during Lent (except Good Friday), from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  Help from Brother Knights is needed to prepare, serve and clean up. Setup begins at 3:30pm and cleanup is finished by about 8:00 pm.  Bring the family.  Your children and wife will hug you for your generosity. And, back by popular demand, FISH TACOS!!!  Please join us.

Council 6627 earns Star Council award

Star Council awardFr. Severin Westhoff Council 6627 earned a Star Council award for the 2017 fraternal year.  The Star Council Award recognizes outstanding achievement in membership, insurance and service program activities.  Thank you to all our Brothers for their efforts in making this happen!

Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

The KofC annual “Light up for Christmas” ceremony is Thursday 12/7 after the 7 PM Vigil Mass outside the church. The ceremony starts at/around 8 PM. The set up will start at 7:30 PM and we should be done by 8:30 PM, with all cleanup completed by 9:00 PM.  We are asking all Knights to bring a baked good to the Light up ceremony.  Knights will provide hot cocoa and coffee.  We hope to see you and your families there!

Council Christmas Party

Christmas TreeOur Council Christmas Party is scheduled for Saturday December 16th after the 5PM Mass. Come out and join us for Corporate Mass and/or for the party to be in the Hall directly after the 5 PM Mass. Please email our Grand Knight and let him know if you will be attending the Mass, Christmas Party and how many will be coming. We are also asking all Knights to bring a dish to share, the Council will be providing the Fried Chicken and drinks.
